We understand that some people may already have an Elf at home, so we've made this optional. You can choose to purchase your box, with or without an Elf.

You will find your tracking code on the dispatched email that we sent you when we posted your item. If you still need assistance in locating your order, please email help@santaslittlespy.com.

We can send the kit to all worldwide destinations. Postage will be calculated at checkout.

We strive to ensure our kits are packaged as securely as possible but in the event of an accident happening, please email us on help@santaslittlespy.com along with photos of the damage and we can arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

We ship all items from our base in the UK. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be subject to customs/tax fees upon arrival in the destination country. These payments are the responsibility of the recipient.

If fees are applied you should be notified by the courier. You can also find out this information via your shipments tracking details.
